Lakay Community Alliance is proud to host its inaugural Haitian Independence Day Celebration & Community Kickoff, a premier cultural gathering designed to introduce our organization’s mission and establish meaningful partnerships within the Seattle area.
This event commemorates Haiti’s historic fight for freedom, honoring the resilience and strength of the Haitian people. Guests will enjoy an evening of cultural performances, community engagement, and authentic Haitian cuisine—including Soup Joumou, the traditional dish as a symbol of liberation and national pride.
